The Service Pressure Pro Was Built On
Before Pressure Pro was a fence company, it was a pressure washing and staining company, and that heritage is still in our name. Aaron started building fences in the Weatherford area in 2000, and staining and sealing wood surfaces the right way has been the constant through 25 years of growth into a full fencing and lighting company. It’s not a service we added on later. It’s where we started.

We start with a pressure wash to strip old, failing stain, dirt, and mildew off the wood, so the new coat has clean material to bond to instead of sitting on top of old finish.
Why Texas Wood Needs This More Than Most
Parker County gets the worst of both worlds: brutal summer sun that dries and cracks unprotected wood, and sudden, heavy storms that soak it right back. That cycle of drying and swelling is what turns a new fence gray, splintery, and weak within a couple of years if it’s left bare. Staining and sealing puts a protective barrier between your wood and both of those problems.

Staining & Sealing FAQs
How long does a fence last with regular staining?
15 to 20 years is typical for a fence that’s staying on a regular staining schedule, well beyond what an unprotected fence will hold up.
What’s included in a staining job?
A full pressure wash to strip old finish and debris, prep and repair of any damaged boards, and a quality stain and seal applied evenly across every surface.
Can you stain an old, weathered fence?
Yes. This is restoration work, and it’s one of our most common calls. A tired, gray fence can look new again without a full rebuild.
How soon can a brand new fence be stained?
Most new fences need a few weeks to dry out before stain will absorb properly, and we will tell you the right window for your wood when we quote it.
Do you use sprayers or hand-apply the stain?
It depends on the surface and the product, but we always hand-work stain into rails, posts, and end grain, the spots a sprayer alone tends to miss and where water damage usually starts first.
Is staining messy or disruptive?
Not for you. We protect landscaping and nearby surfaces before we start, and the pressure washing and staining process is usually done within a day for a typical residential fence.
